Who am I?
I’m Kelly Eastman, full time real estate agent for Coldwell Banker in Arlington, MA. I have over 6 years of experience guiding first time buyers, sellers and investors through their property purchases. I started my real estate business in 2002 when I was with a small rental/sales office in Allston, Massachusetts. From there, I became a valued advisor and continuously developed and managed relationships with my clients.
I quickly moved to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arlington to become part of a community that encourages first time home ownership and allows long time residents to

Prior to my real estate career, I spent over 4 years as a Marketing Events Manager and Operations Coordinator for a small event production company and local high-tech industries. I graduated Northeastern University with a BA in Communications Studies. Today, I offer a wide range of services to those looking to make a move. Whether it be your first purchase and you need advice on how the entire process works or you’re a seasoned seller and are looking for a new way to negotiate.
While I am not out opening doors for my customers, I enjoy cooking at home with my friends, practicing yoga, playing golf, and scouring the local antique stores.
